Cover the complete ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge and prepare for the certification exam. Topics include Six Sigma D-M-A-I-C methodology with integrated Lean tools and techniques. Lean tools and techniques include value stream mapping, continuous flow, Little’s Law, level-loaded processing, quick changeovers, pull scheduling systems, 5-S, standardized work, kaizen, and total productive maintenance (TPM).
